    Minich Contracting built our 40x60 poll building horse barn/garage last spring. They have a great crew of hard working men that take pride in their work. Their work is top notch and very professional!! Through the whole process the communication with Eagan and Katie was great with no surprises and they are a very down to earth people. It looks amazing and we are very happy! I would highly recommend them to everyone!! See more See less

    The Minich family built us a lovely equipment shed with a concrete slab and post frame, steel roof, and vinyl siding to match other buildings on our property. They did a lot of leveling and rock hauling to prepare the site and to provide an entrance driveway. The work was top notch, and we have been extremely pleased with the finished building!     Minich Contracting built our new garage beginning March 31, 2025. Nine days later the garage was finished two days lost to weather. Always on time 7 AM, their crew was top notch. Everything was coordinated well with the arrival of building materials on the day they were needed. Neat, little to no cleanup when the job was completed. No surprises.     Egan and his crew a great to work with. They are very professional and responsive. Everything he has done for us has been top-notch quality, at very fair pricing. Hard-working, good value, great quality, and responsive & honest. You really can’t ask for more. I have included a picture of the pole barn he built for us this summer, he is currently adding an entry porch for it that we decided we wanted. See more See less

    Minich Contracting did a wonderful job on our patio. They removed the old concrete, and created a very impressive patio. They also did all the landscaping including planting grass. He made sure my steps to my porch were lined up correctly. I have receive several compliments on it. I would hire them again without hesitation. See more See less
